The Company recognises the importance of maintaining the privacy of the information belonging to you. This Policy sets out details of how we treat user information collected on the Platform AHAM. The Platform is owned and operated by Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, a public limited company existing under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at #258/A, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru - 560099 (the "Company" which expression shall mean and include, unless repugnant to the context, its successors in interest, affiliates and permitted assigns). This Privacy Policy is limited to the information provided by the user on the Platform. You or the User is an employee of the Company authorised to use the Platform.


By visiting and/or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and it shall be deemed that you have read in full, accepted and agreed to the terms herein. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms contained in this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such modifications on the Platform. The modified Privacy Policy would be effective from the date of modification that is posted by the Company on the Platform. If you do not agree to any term that is contained in this Privacy Policy, please immediately cease your use of the Platform.


This Privacy Policy is issued pursuant to the provisions that are contained in (a) Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000; (b) Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.


Information (as defined hereinafter) that is collected by the Company on the Platform shall be used by the Company only for the purpose of use of the Platform by the user and such information shall not be used, sold, transferred or rented in a manner that is not set out in this Privacy Policy.


  1. Purpose of processing Information:
    The Company shall process Information provided by You for the purpose of authenticating and verifying the User at the time of logging into the Platform.


  2. Information that is processed by the Company:
    The Company shall only process your username, password and other login credentials (Information) entered by you at the time of login for the purpose mentioned in the privacy policy. The Company does not process any other information of the User.


  3. Sharing of information by the Company with third-parties:
    1. Service Providers: The Company shall share the Information provided by You with third parties who the Company has contracted with for assistance with respect to operation and functioning of the Platform and other ancillary matters.
    2. Compliance with law:The Company might share your Information to respond to a court order or subpoena. The Company shall share your Information if a government agency or investigatory body requests the Company to do so.
    3. Mergers and Acquisitions:If the Company sells its business or a portion of the same to a new entity, your Information that is available on the Platform may be transferred to the new entity.


    4. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

    You shall be solely responsible for protecting your login credentials to the Platform, and the Company shall not be liable in any manner for unauthorised use of your login credentials. You shall be liable to the Company for any loss suffered by the Company as a result of unauthorised use of your login credentials. In the event of any misuse or suspected misuse of the same, please notify the Company at feedback@narayana.health. Please note that the Platform contains confidential information of the Company and any misuse of the login details shall amount to irreparable loss to the Company.

    If a User has any questions or grievances regarding the Platform, the contents thereof, the User may reach out to feedback@narayana.health


    MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS


    Notices: All notices given to a User by the Company or by a User to the Company or another User shall be in writing and in the English language. Such notice shall be sent by e-mail or mailed by a prepaid recognized courier service to the intended recipient at the address set out below, or any changed address that is notified by either Party:

    Governing Law; Jurisdiction: This Privacy Policy is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to the following:


  1. the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
  2. the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000;
  3. the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; and
    This Platform originates from India. By using this Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this Privacy Policy.
